SikaTop® Seal-107

SikaTop® Seal-107 - S-1098C (MY) is a two part polymer modi- fied cementitious waterproof mortar slurry comprising of a liquid polymer and a cement based mix incorpor- ating special admixtures. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

SikaGrout®-215 S-1025.5C is a pumpable dual-shrinkage compensated, self-levelling, prebagged cementitious grout with extended working time to suit local ambient temperatures.

Sikalastic®-1 KMY

Sikalastic®-1 KMY S-10230C is a one component, flexible, fiber-reinforced mortar, based on cement modified with special alkali-resistant polymers. It also contains fine fillers, selected graded aggregates, plus special waterproofing additives to produce a flexible mortar that is ideal for waterproofing surfaces subject to flexural strain.

Walcrete C-1022.5T is a specially designed plastering cement in our ECOCem product range. It is made with 40% to 50% lower CO₂. It contains an air entrainment agent to give better performance in plastering applications. Formulated for excellent workability and strong adhesion to walls, it is perfect for both interior and exterior plastering.

Cement Castle C-1022.5T is a mainstay of our ECOCem product line. Made with 30% to 40% lower CO₂ emissions¹, it is a certified Singapore Green Label cement. Its excellent versatility makes it suitable for all general-purpose applications, such as bricklaying, screeding, and concreting applications. Castle has excellent workability and is easy to mix.

Orang Kuat C-1023.5T represents a high-strength Portland cement designed to facilitate early demoulding, handling, and application. Known for its consistent quality, it is particularly well-suited for time-sensitive high-strength precast applications.
